Henry the eighth and his six wives

Henry the eighth was born in 1941. He had six wives. But he didn't want them to be his wive because they were beautiful he wanted them because he wanted a son to take his thrown when Henry died. Henry's first wive was Catherine of Aragon who was a Spanish princes.She was also a Catholic.She won a war while Henry was somewhere by sending troupes to fight in war. They were married for fourteen years. Henry loved to joust it was his favorite sport and he loved to be a author. He was born in Greenwich and died at Whitehall a the age of 55 Greenwich wasn't were he was born he had a terrible jousting accident he wouldn't be able to joust anymore but he could always write he would always write about anything. That happened in his life. especially when he got married to hid six wives.

Anne Boleyn

Henry divorced Catherine to be with Anne Boleyn.On 19th of may,`1536 at 8;00 Queen Anne Boleyn was executed by beheading in the tower of London. Unfortunately for Anne when she had a miscarriage, Henry lost sense in her and fell in love with Jane Seymour. Anne Boleyn had a chain that had a b on it.

Jane Seymour

Jane was born between 1507 and 1509 to sir John. Seymour and Marjorie went worth who was the eldest of all eight children in the family. In 1536, she followed the footsteps of Catherine of Aragon and became third wife of Henry the eighth gaining the title of queen of England. She was the wife of what Henry always wanted. Sadly she was only queen for only 18 months before dying after childbirth in 1537 before becoming queen Jane Seymour served in lady of waiting to both Henry's first wife Catherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn. When Henry was still married with Anne,his eye started going in the direction of Jane he wanted to keep her as mistress. But Jane refused to be mistress. The more she refused to sleep with him the more he loved her, and the more eager he wanted to be with her. While this worked for Jane it didn't work for poor Anne who was beheaded so he could marry Jane. Unlike Henry's other wives she was not described as a beauty. She had pale skin and she was jugged by her imperial ambassador. The first time she met the queen was when she was roughly 27 years old,which by the standard of the day, she was a old maid. with all that going, for her kudos for catching and holding hid interest. As brief and here reign and marriage she still got to accomplish something that non of Henry's wives could ever do give him a baby son. Henry didn't wait a second he demanded to be married strait away. by the time they were married she was in court for six years and was already 27 years old.

Anne of Cleaves

Anne of Cleaves was a German. She was born in 1515 22 September. She was a ugly woman and Henry wanted to divorce her because of that. She was the daughter of john the 3rd.

Catherine Howard

Catherine Howard was queen consort of England from 1540 until 1541 she was the 5th wife of Henry. She was daughter of Edmund Howard and Joyce Culpeper
