Once we arrived at Trafalgar square we all gathered round at Nelsons Colum and climbed up the wall and took a picture. It was made by Sir Charles Barry and was constructed in the 1840’s. Then it was time to separate into our groups and explore around Nelsons Colum and Trafalgar square and sketch. Did you know that the lions around Nelsons Colum are of actually made from bronze? North of the Colum is the National Gallery full of pictures. Nelsons Colum is 56 metres tall. In the southeast corner of Trafalgar Square is a small police box which is famous for being the world’s smallest Police Station. Once we finished our sketching we all went to St James' Park and had our lunch . Once we finished our lunches, we went and had a run around on the grass. We came back to school safely. Trafalgar Square trip was the best time of our life's and was the greatest .
