The Last Laugh
"I am hungry and I don't know what to eat for
breakfast. Wait a minute! I can see my breakfast
coming towards me," said the crocodile. A fox was
hopping along a pathway and the crocodile had a
plan to trap him.
The crocodile put a pile of grass on his back and a
blue cornflower to blend himself with the
surroundings. "What a pretty flower! I should take the
flower and put it behind my ear," said the fox.
"Hic. Hic. I caught my breakfast," said the crocodile.
"But I am not scared of 'HIC, HIC!' I am scared of 'Ha, ha,
ha!" said the fox.
"Ha, ha, ha!" said the crocodile. "What?! How did you escape? You trickster!"
"Ha, ha, ha! Goodbye, Mr Crocodile!" said the fox.
