Skeltos is an cruel person , she can turn anyone into a Skelton. She is so mad at Ella because, many years before Skeltos heard that Ella was going to become queen. But Skeltos wanted to become queen, so Skeltos "said we will fight and who ever wins get's to become queen", nobody had ever defied Skeltos.
