The World Cup

On 12th April 2018, it was the World Cup. The match was between Portugal and Argentina. The kit of Portugal was red and the kit of Argentina was blue. The teams came early to train a little bit before the match. The match was going to start at half past 4 .

The ground was full of supporters. The ground's capacity was 14,000 people. On the right wing there were Argentina supporters and on the left wing there were Portugal supporters. Argentina was winning with 1 goal on Portugal. The supporters were shouting, ''Come on the blues!''

The referee was looking at the time of the match. He said ''Only 2 more minutes before the half time."

After the half time, Cristiano Ronaldo dribbled the ball to another player. Then, Ronaldo had the chance to score and put Portugal in the lead. When Ronaldo scored for Portugal with a fantastic goal from the middle of the pitch, the supporters shouted ''What a fantastic player!''

After 90 minutes the match finished with the score of 3 goals for Portugal and 1 goal for Argentina. This was the game in which the winning team would gain the trophy. Cristiano Ronaldo was also the best player of that year.

Portugal are so happy that they won the World Cup after 10 years.They continue to celebrate that win .
