Easy, Healthy Eating
[Breakfast and Lunch]
Breakfast: Bowl of yoghurt and goodness.
I find this breakfast very enjoyable and healthy. Firstly, place some plain, fresh yoghurt into a bowl and add chia seeds, any fruit of your choice and a drizzle of honey. If you want, you can add some oats.
Breakfast: Banana and peanut butter pancakes.
Firstly, make some pancakes and smother a thin layer
of peanut butter on each one and place a few slices
of banana on each one. Pile them up and place some
slices of banana on top and drizzle some honey or
maple syrup.
Lunch: Bruschetta.
This is a delicious and healthy lunch. Start by chopping up tomatoes. Place the chopped tomatoes in a bowl and add a little bit of finely diced garlic in the bowl. Add a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and some dried oregano. Next, toast
some bread and portion out the seasoned diced tomatoes on each slice of toast. For the finishing touch, add some fresh basil leaves on top.
Lunch: Salad.
Salad is really healthy, delicious and refreshing and is a
very easy dish to make. Firstly, chop up a few tomatoes,
and some cucumber. Secondly, shred some carrot. Get
some lettuce and place it in a bowl. Add the shredded
carrot, the sliced cucumber and the chopped tomatoes.
Add some salt, oil and a dash of cider vinegar. Portion it
out into plates and that's your salad all done .
