TASK: Talk to someone about what is happening in the clip. How is the boy feeling at the 
beginning? Why? How is he feeling at the end of the clip? Why?
TASK: Rewrite the advert as a story. Add as much detail as you can. Try and join your ideas with
 different conjunctions whch as ...... but, when, so.... 
Remember to proof read your sentences carefully to check spellings that you are unsure of and
 that every sentence has a capital letter and full stop.
TASK: Complete the reading comprehension in the documents section and a reading comprehension in your CGP book.

TASK: Look through one of your windows and draw what you can see. Write down the human and physical features that you can see.
If you wish to use it there is a window template you can print off to use.

Remember:
Physical features are
naturally there eg trees and human features have been made by humans.

Please go onto J2E.com and then onto jit5. Create a blog on what you did over half term. Then press the stripey circle to publish it. When I have looked at it, I will put it onto the school website with the Year 2 PUPIL BLOGS.

SPELLING

TABLES/ NUMBER BONDS

Please keep practising your tables (x2, x5, 10 first and then you can try and learn the others) and number bonds to and within 10,20,100. It is really important that you secure these.

TASK: Play Hit the Button or J2 Blast (on J2E)
TASK: Have a go at the speed tests each day. Give yourself longer than a minute but see if you can get quicker each day.
