Poseidon

Poseidon did not want to be God of the Underworld. He wanted to be God of the seas. He wanted to be God of the God of the seas. Poseidon had a lot of wives. Not all Gods behaved very well. Poseidon Was Father of the hero Thesus. Each God and Godess had their own responsibility for different aspects of life. Lots of different Greeks worshiped lots of different Gods like Athena, Poseidon and others  too. Poseidon was the brother of Zeus. The  Greeks believed that the Gods and Godesses always watched over them. Poseidon sometimes granted the shape-shifting powers to others. Poseidon had a trident which had a really strong power like the other Gods. There were 12 different Gods like Athena, Poseidon, Hermes, Apollo, Aphroditie, Ares and ect. Poseidon was the favourite God of the sailors.
