In order to be healthy, you need to do lots of excersise, get lots of sleep, and eat a balanced diet. Doing these things doesn't just help your physical health- it improves your mental health too. All these things are linked, because not doing one of them will make it more likely for you not to do the others. For example, if you just ate fatty foods and became overweight, you would be less likely to go out and excersise, and if you don't excersise, you tend to have difficulty sleeping.
