Dear Manager,

I am writing this letter today to inform you on how I spent my last visit at Woodlands Adventure Park.

The first thing I did was mountain biking and I must say that it was so relaxing as I cycled through the picturesque greenery. This was surely the time of my life. Since the environment is ideal for catching fish, we later decided to spend some time on the lake fishing. Unfortunately although we enjoyed the mountain biking and fishing we had problems when we went canoeing. Quite honestly the staff didn't give us any safety equipment and did not bother to help me or see to my complaint. To add insult to injury the canoe was very rusty and I was scared to death that it will open and sink.

Knowing that the water was freezing cold and choppy made me even more scared. The cherry on the cake was that when I had a shower, the water was filty and smelly.

I came out so disappointed that I decided not to come back ever again if the service will not improve.
