My first day of school was on the 14th of October. I'm in year 5 this year. I was very happy and excited because I was going to meet my new teacher and see my friends after 6 months.

I found my new seating place near the window. The teacher introduced herself and she explained the rules. She gave me books and I organized my desk nicely. We had the opportunity to ask questions to our teacher so we get to know her better. My friends are Michela, Kayleigh, Keziah, Jack, Asif and Soraya.

The time passed quickly on my first day of school. It was time to go back home. It was a fun day and I am looking forward for the whole year.
