Butterflies

Butterflies are considered the most beautiful insects in the world. Butterflies can be found in every continent accept the antartica. There is about 17,500 species of butterflies in the world and 750 in the United States. Butterfies are cold blooded and in order for butterflies to fly they need to warm up their bodies. Butterflies wings are actually transparent,they use their feet to taste and butterflies only live for a few weeks.
