Microbes in food
Three microbes found in food are bacteria, moulds and yeasts. These are used in the production of wine, beer,
bakery and dairy products.
Microbes in our intestines break down foods that we can't
digest on our own, they have a special talent for digesting
carbohydrates.
They are good for our body. These are some ways microbes are beneficial for us:

- Boost the immune system
- Keep us slim
- Detoxify and may even fight off stress
- Keep baby's healthy
