In W.W.2 lots of children had to go and live at the country side or a near by place this was called evacuation.

A man called Adolf Hitler started the war in the year 1939. Hitler killed lots of people who were different to him.

During the war there was times where it was dark

because people had to turn off their lights so that the airplanes couldn't see them this was called the black out
