My favourite food is Sushi. Sushi is a Japanese dish

made from a special kind of rice, rolled around fresh

raw fish. My favourite is salmon and crab meat rolls

of sushi. Sushi rolls are wrapped around seaweed

leaves on the outside, then rice and fish in the centre

of the roll. With sushi I like to take soya sauce, too.

Oh my!! They are so yummy!!
