Grandpa Joe

Grandpa Joe is the type of grandparent everyone wishes to have. Why, you may ask? Well, where shall we start? He's so adventurous that you can say he's a child inside but a 98 year old man outside. He's a dependable, optimistic man who always has a smile on his face no matter what ; most of all he LOVES his grandson(Charlie Bucket) more than anything else in the world.

As for his appearance, Grandpa Joe is extremely frail and minuscule that you can't even see him a from a metre away! His wrinkly face shines happily in the room and lightens everyone's mood. He wears old, shabby clothes that are stained with rank cabbage soup- the only food he eats- and his 2 year old slippers are way too big for his feet!

You may think that he's like any old grandparent that is sooo boring, but you're wrong. Grandpa Joe has a great sense of humour and some pretty fascinating jokes and stories. He's a man that loves adventures. When he was a business man, he worked in a marvellous chocolate factory with the world's most creative chocolatier: Mr Willy Wonka. Now if that's not the coolest opportunity, I don't know what is. He is still a hardworking man even though he is 98 years old!!!

So now that you know about Grandpa Joe, don't you wish he was your grandpa? Well, I certaintly do.
