1. Firstly sieve the flour in a bowl,

2 Secondly, mix flour, vanilla, sugar, salt and butter togheter,

3 Then, add the lemon zest and mix the mixture,

4 Finally, add the eggs and mix x until a smooth dough is obtained

5 If needs be add some water to the mixture.
