Galileo Galilei

Galileo Galilei was born in Italy in 1564 and died at the age of 77 in 1642.

Galileo Galilei observed that the moon had wide holes.

He also observed that the sun was covered in dark spots.

He believed that the sun was at the centre of the Solar System.

He even took measures to proof it.

Galileo Galilei became the father of modern science.
