Welcome to Tuesday 4M. Thanks to everyone who shared their learning from Monday, it's good to see that so many of you are already using our different resources in creative ways - I hope to have time to give more feedback today.
Here are my suggestions for Day Two of Week One in 4M:
9.00 PE Warmup with Joe Wicks
Did you try this yesterday? I really enjoyed it, and I'm old enough to be your Grandad (no, I'm still not telling you how old I am), but I do ache a bit now. Even if you missed it on Monday you can join in now on YouTube using this link.
9.30 Maths
Start by finishing any of your Mathletics tasks which you didn’t do yesterday.
Now let’s look at Times Table Rockstars – go to play.ttrockstars.com and log in. Your tasks for today are to play at least:
- three sessions in the Garage
- one session in the Studio
- one Soundcheck
Of course, you can do more sessions if you want to improve your scores and earn more coins. The Studio is where you will build up your Rock Speed – you’ll be given this once you finish at least 10 Studio sessions, so if you haven’t been there yet, get rehearsing! The Soundcheck may be new to you – it’s a thrilling race against the clock, where you have six seconds to answer each of 25 questions. If you don’t do well on your first go, don’t give up, just try again! Once again, please finish by writing about your Maths in your Learning Diary.
