On the Prowl
Q1. I think the time of day is dusk.
Q2. I think that only one tiger is drinking from the pool because the tigers are not in their own territory the other tiger is a look out. Like Meerkats!
Q3. I think that the tigers do know each other because if they didn't they would attack each other.
Q4. I think that they're on the prowl looking for water and food.
Q5. Prowling means that the tigers are moving stealthily to sneak up and surprise their prey or make sure that no other tiger sees them drinking from another tiger's water source.
Q6 After the tigers have finished drinking, the tigers will go back to their den.
Q7. You would find tigers in Asia and they would live in trees and in long grass which will hide them from hunters.
Q8. I feel sorry for tigers living in captivity because they are often trapped in enclosures like in London Zoo which are too small for them.
