Charlie's Charity Project

I have been given £10 and would like to raise money for Charity probably the NHS Charity.

My idea for doing this is by having a lucky dip box and asking people to pay 50p for a go.

I thought I could use an old box and cut a hole in the top for people to put their hands inside and get a toy, I would also use paper shredding to hide the items.

The box and the shredding would be free as we could reuse an old box and shred old newspaper that we have at home.

I would fill the box using the items below:

6 x Rainbow mini springs = £1.89

20 x Punch balloons = £2.59

15 x Bouncy balls = £1.74

24 x Stretchy Men = £3.50

All have free postage so the total cost would be £9.72

As I have 65 items that means 65 turns and if I charged 50p per go then I could make £32.50 for Charity - I would let the NHS Charity keep the £10 that I had to buy all the toys too.
