Heart Rate Investigation
In this investigation I took my heart rate at resting pace then did my Joe Wicks PE. After 10 mins of exercise I took my heart rate, again after 20 mins and then after the cool down. I also took it every 2 mins until it returned to normal.

2 mins after exercise (24mins) | 100 bpm |
4 mins after exercise (26mins) | 86 bpm |
6 mins after exercise (28mins) | 69 bpm |
Conclusion
I found that my heart rate increases as I exercise and decreases after.
The faster it goes back to normal the fitter you are ; so I was happy with my results.
