Heart Rate Investigation

In this investigation I took my heart rate at resting pace then did my Joe Wicks PE. After 10 mins of exercise I took my heart rate, again after 20 mins and then after the cool down. I also took it every 2 mins until it returned to normal.

Resting heart rate

68 bpm

After 10 mins of exercise

94 bpm

After 20 mins of exercise

140 bpm

After warm down (22min)

120 bpm

2 mins after exercise (24mins)

100 bpm

4 mins after exercise (26mins)

86 bpm

6 mins after exercise (28mins)

69 bpm

Conclusion

I found that my heart rate increases as I exercise and decreases after.

The faster it goes back to normal the fitter you are ; so I was happy with my results.
