Kidnapped

I opened my eyes and I found myself tied to a chair in a room. I done remember much of what had happened. The last thing I remember was waking up and hearing my mother scram with terror and my dad shouting at what seemed to be a figure of a man The figure was tall and carried a sack on his back. It wasn't Christmas so I couldn't understand what he was doing here so late at night. That was the last thing I remember before it all went dark. Questions filled my head but one stood out from the rest : What happened that night?

I couldn't understand what was happening. After what felt like hours I saw a man enter the room. His face was dull, he was wearing a brown hat with set a shadow over his face. He was holding a plate with was broken on the side and half a sandwich and he also carried a glass of water. The sandwich had nothing in it but butter that tasted like rotten chese. I ate and had to starve for the rest of the day.

After a few days of crying and screaming with pain and hunger. I gave up I had lost all hope of ever seeing mu parents again. Then I heard my mum, my face lit up at once. She didn't sound so happy than a man came and led to my parents. I hugged her and she hugged me, she forced a smile on her face but I could right through her and I knew something was bothering her. Things were never the same after that day.
