Fish and chips are the most famous English meal.

They are very yummy. Fish is covered in batter

and then fry it in boiling oil. Big chunks of potato

are chopped up into chips and fried as well.

People tend to put lots of salt and vinegar on them.

Sometimes people put lemon juice on them to give

it a little extra flavour.

Mushy peas are also very nice to go with them but I

don't like them. They're bascially warm, mashed up

peas.
