HEIDI

The book that I chose is Heidi. I picked this book because I really like this story. The story is about a young girl who lives with her aunty because her parents died. Her aunty does not really like her so she takes her to her grandfather to take care of her. Her grandfather lives in the mountains. Her grandfather does not like her at first but after a while he starts to love her and becomes fond of her. She also makes a friend called Peter. But her aunty comes to take her away and the grandfather is very sad. The aunty only came for her as she had a nasty plan where she would sell her to a rich family. Living with the rich family she learns to read and makes a friend named Clara who is in a wheel chair. The family feels sad for her so they take her back home to the mountains. Clara comes to visit and Heidi helps her recover.This is an original story.
