This week we have learned lots about snails and really enjoyed the story of 'Norman the Slug' and 'Snail Trails'. We made some beautiful repeating patterns on snail shell shapes and talked about how we are feeling about moving into Reception. We curled paper using our pencils to make spirals and made snail trails with shaving foam, paint and glue. The children had a great time on our trip at the Parkridge Centre, consolidating our learning on mini-beasts. They were all so well behaved and carried out all of the activities with enthusiasm, despite the wet weather. A great week Nursery, well done!
