My pet

I love animals and my favourite animal is the turtle, in fact I have a turtle at home as a pet. My turtle's name is Titi and she is 5 years old.

My parents bought me Titi from a pet shop in Mosta as a present and I was very very happy when I got her. She is as green as grass and she is very big even though she is only 5 years old. She has a shell as hard as rock and she has very small little feet. I give her vegetables and fruit and she drinks fresh water. She usually sleeps under the sofas but she has a stool that she sometimes sleeps under because she likes hiding and sleeping in dark places. She likes to play with me and I like petting her small little head and I can tell she likes it too. I give her a bath every week, I take her to the vet when she is sick and I give her food and drink. I like playing with her and I enjoy giving her a bath.

I love my turtle and I can't imagine my life without her.
