Fried Lampuki.
Ingredients. Utensils.
Lampuka Frying pan
Flour Fork
Oil Knife
Salt Plate
Pepper Kitchen paper
Lemon slices
Method.
1. Wash the lampuka well and then cut off the head and tail.
2. Cut up the remaining fish into thick slices.
3. Put some flour in a plate and season well with salt and pepper.
4. Roll the fish slices in the flour mixture.
5. Heat the frying pan with some oil, over medium head and fry the fish slices
till golden brown.
6. Put on a piece of kitchen paper and then on a plate, decorate with some
lemon slices.
7. Eat while warm and enjoy!!
