Report about a school outing

Introduction

On 16th December 2021, my class visited

Popeye village. This place is located at

Anchor bay near Mellieħa. Popeye village

was built for a Hollywood film and then

after the film was finished, they kept the

village so people can visit it.

What is there to see?

There are lots of interesting things to see such as the houses which are built from wood, Santa’s workshop and a cinema. From this place, one can admire the beautiful scenery and the beach.

What is there to do?

If you go during summer time, you can go on the water obstacles. Whereas, during Christmas time, decorations are hung up. People also have the opportunity to visit the Christmas village where the Father Christmas will give a present to every children who attends. A photo will be taken for every family to be kept as a memory of the day. Popeye Village is also a great tourist attraction.

Most Interesting thing

The most interesting thing is that you can meet the characters from this story.  Animators go around the whole village dancing and singing joyfully with the visitors.

Conclusion

This is a great place to spend time with your family and friends. I recommend that you visit this place because it is interesting and fun.
