Food is very important. It gives you energy.

If you don't eat food for three weeks you will starve. You should eat food with a drink to wash it down.



Food can be healthy and unhealthy. The best choice is to pick healthy foods like apples and bananas. Unhealthy are junk foods like fries and hot dogs. You can eat unhealthy food once or twice every week but not everyday.



Food could be meat or plants. You can get protein mostly from meat or fish. You could get grains from seeds or bread. Humans are omnivores that means we can eat meat and vegetables.
