The next morning the apprentice awoke to a bright blaze seeping into the tent. A chorus of birds drowned his ears as the crickets chimed in. He felt as if a surge of energy had struck him during his sleep and was ready to start work for today.
He collected all his supply's and set off with his whole camp site over his shoulder. The young apprentice decided to be adventurous,and took the mountain path that the mothers of the village went down to get water supply's in winter. Slowly he trampled through the wet soil, as he captured speed the wind blew in his face and a gentle breeze trickled down his neck.
High in the mountains bands of tribes men were said to live and so not to disturb them I decided to stick to the path. The boy's Mother had always lectured him about the dangers of the mountains so he chuckled to himself and thought best not to mention it. But dispite the lectures he soon found his mind straying off the path and of course he chose to follow it...
