Ride on a lorry
”Wake up now!"Naledi was urgently shaking Tiro."Hurry up before the malicious, vicious farmer comes!" shouted Naledi. They needed to get away before they were seen. Tiro as lazy as a sloth, stretched as far as he could. Naledi clutched his hand as Tiro stored like a zombie through the rows of mouth-watering oranges.
At last, the two siblings arrived at the barren, dusty road. After waiting there for two minutes, a loud, noisy ,bumpy lorry came by. The driver asked them,"What are you people doing here?"
"We need to get to Jo'burg, as quick as possible!" said Naledi, whilst Tiro stood behind her back scared of the lorry driver.
"Do you know exactly where you are meant to go?"asked the lorry driver, in a confused face. Naledi knew that her wonderful,caring mother gave her a post card which said Park Town."I have a post card that says Park Town may you take us there?"exclaimed Naledi.
"Ok.Hop on the back of my lorry and off we go to Jo'burg," said Rra in a serious voice. As they got on the lorry, they notice it filled and packed with sacks of fresh, ripe, mouth-watering oranges that could be smelt from miles away. As the man began to drive, images were dancing through his mind because of how supersonic, bumpy the lorry was.
"Tiro be really careful and don't fall," said Naledi.
"Aaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!" Tiro shouted in fear.
"OMG are you stupid what did I tell you!"
"I promise it will never happen again,"Tiro said in a shocked voice. Whilst they were on the lorry, they look back at the fields of delicious, succulent oranges and its like everything vanished away. They could see over-lapping, tall mountains. They were so excited to see their delightful mother so that their sick ,ill sister can get better. This journey,was one of the most risky ,dangerous one they have ever had.
Suddenly, Naedi had a very strange memory that her mother told her she is not allowed to go to school because that is the law the white made.For a minute, Naledi thought that was so unfair,and everyone needs their right.
