• How would you decorate it?

• Create an atmosphere
Choose lighting (lava lamp, candles, torches, glow stickers, night sky, quarz lamps, fairy lights, disco ball, neon bangles)
• Create a soundscape
What do you want to listen to, and why? (birdsong, wind in the leaves, musicbox, forest sounds, rolling waves, gurgling stream, rain, jazz, instrument, bells, talking book
• What do you want your space to smell like?
Herbs, spices, perfumed candle? Incense sticks, essential oils, roses, liquorice
• Will you need healthy food to eat?
Favourite foods: fruit, herbal infusions, berries, nuts
• Meditation objects
What do you want to surround yourself with to help you relax, concentrate, reflect, be inspired?
Photos, books, own artwork, toys, soft furnishings, pets, worry dolls, favourite piece of clothing, keepsakes
Remember to:
• Name your space
• Label every part of your drawing
• Describe your space and...
The thoughts, feelings, memories it brings out in you

• Explain why you have chosen to place each object in your space
