THE FOOTBALL MATCH

Sergio Aguero stepped onto the pitch to tumultuous applause. Manchester City were on the verge of winning the Premier League for the first time in 46 years. Then the match began. Pablo Zabaleta got an early lead for Manchester City but then QPR kicked the ball up the pitch and Lescot jumped to head the ball forward but it hit the wrong part of his head and the ball went backwards onto the path of the QPR player who scored.

Things did not improve....

QPR scored again to make it 2-1. Then, there was a corner for City. David Silva took it. He hit the ball high into the sky and Eden Zjeko headed it in. The City fans went wild and City Blue flares flew into the sky like rocket ships exploding.

Three minutes remaining.

If City scored they would win the premier league.

Ballotelli passed to Aguero, it's Aguero, Aguero shoots. What a gooooaaaalllll!!! City have won the premier league for the first time in 46 years.
