What Is Football?
Football is a famous sport which is currently taking over the sport world! Football is a game where you win by scoring goals for your football club! You can join a youth academy at the age of 8 or 9. Footballers have to follow the rules and listen to the referee(ref) .

What are the Football Rules?

Foul- A foul is when you do a dangerous tackle on the opposing team. You can either get a yellow card or a red card.

Yellow and Red Card- A red card is when you have committed a dangerous tackle or you have already gotten a yellow card and you are sent off the pitch. You can get a ban suspension from any games if you end up getting a red card. A yellow card is when you do something which is not following the rules and you get warned ONCE.

Penalty- A penalty is when you commit a dangerous tackle in the goal box.

Offside- A player is in an offside position if, any part of the head, body or feet is in the opponents half and. any part of the head, body or feet is nearer to the opponents' goal line than both the ball and the second-last opponent.
