STEP ONE : When it asks you to round , you look at the units if the number has 2 digits.

STEP TWO : If the units number is bigger than 5 , you have to round up .

SO, if we said that if its bigger than 5 you round it up then when the number is lower then 5 you round it down.

e.g:

17 rounds to = 20 ( round up )

51 rounds to =50 ( rounds down)
