Ingredients:
-6 dried apricots
-60 g butter
-110 g self raising flour
-30 g caster sugar
-1 egg

-Scales
-Scissors
-Mixing bowl
-Fork
-Cup
-Baking tray
-Baking paper
1) Line the tray with baking paper.
2)Cut up the apricots with the scissors.
3)Put the butter and flour into the bowl and rub them together with your fingers until the mixture becomes crumbly. Add the chopped apricots and sugar to the bowl and mix with a fork.
4)Break the egg into the cup and whisk it with the fork. Add the egg to the mixture and stir until it becomes a soft dough. If it becomes too sticky, add some more flour.
5) Sprinkle the flour on the work mat, then put the dough on top. divide it into 6 even-sized pieces and put them on the tray.
6)place the tray in a preheated oven,160 degree fan, 180 degrees, Gas Mark 4, for 15-20 minutes.
