The storm

It was a normal day for Lucy.She was just drinking her hot chocolate and relaxing in her bed,when

suddebly there was a reporter saying that a big storm was coming.

Lucy started screaming at the top of her lungs for her family to come.She told them the whole situation

and they went in their underground hideout.They first got some blankets,food and water and went

running.Then they saw snow,lightning and rain flooding the street.

They heard thunder and the rough sea.Dogs were barking and people were shouting.Everyone was

scared to death.Then the whole neighbourhood had a power failure.They smelled smoke and wet

soil from outside where it was very foggy and dark at night.

They all went to sleep for a couple of hours.When they woke up the sky was 0cleared and everyone

was happy,but it still was raining heavily.

When the storm was over Lucy went outside and started playing with the fluffy snow there was on

the ground,but she was more happy that everyone was safe and sound,and the power came back!
