L.I: I can write a story from a picture

It's that time of the year again, I looked out of the window and saw a blanket of snow on the ground (my name is Regina by the way.) I rushed downstairs with excitement and put on my favourite rain jacket and pink glittered wellies to go outside. My younger sister Mackenzie, and I cycled a short distance to the snowy and glossy field where we play on every Friday. I like to have snowball fights with Mackenzie now because it's winter and she is a bit older, so I can play have lots of fun in the snow with her. The snow was so tall it almost swallowed Mackenzie up and it was up to my knees.

Before we left to return home, we watched the sun go down. It looked so beautiful as the sun sets and vanishes into the ground slowly. The mixture orange and yellow colours shone down on the ground and made the empty fields look magical. We even took pictures of this moment on my phone to show mum later, it was breathtaking. Shortly after, we returned at home, I showed my mum all the pictures we took on my phone.

" I love those pictures, oh that one is soooo striking!" said mum.

" The sunset one is my favourite one out of all of them" I said.
