Ingredients for making brownies
Dark/milk chocolate {200g}
Unsalted butter{175g}
Caster sugar {325g}
Plain flour {130g}
Eggs {3}
Icing sugar to dust on top.
Follow these simple and easy steps to have lovely,gooey brownies.
Method
1} Firstly, we carefully weighed out the flour and caster sugar and added them into a bowl and put the oven on to 170 degrees.
2} Then, we put some water in a saucepan and let it boil whilst we wieghed and cut the butter and chocolate in a bowl.
3} We then put the chocolate and butter in a bowl on the boiling water and waited for it to melt.
4} We cracked the eggs in to a seperate bowl and added the sugar and flour to the melted mix.
5} We mixed the flor and suger in and then added the eggs and mixed it together.
6} We mixed it to a good consitency then added it to a greased pan.
7} We put the brownie mix in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
8} After that we got the brownies out the oven and let them cool
9} Finally, when they had cooled down we added icing sugar to them.
10} EAT!
