1. Sean survived the great flood by knowing there was a flood early and hiding in an oxygen tank.
2. Sean needs food, non salty water, oxygen and wood to make a fire to survive. He will obtain them all by getting the fish to eat (cooking them on the fire), he will have to get sea water and then boil it to make it non salty and he's taking wood from the house to burn. He's getting his oxygen from the tank.
3. The biggest dilemma that Sean faces is getting the water from the sea, getting the fish from the sea and running out of wood from the house. I'm not sure how he will overcome these dilemmas.
4. No, Sean is not alone because he's got the fish around him.
