Alarming Accident!!!

Yesterday afternoon at 14:45pm ,3 children aged 7,8 and 9 got badly injured in school. They urgently sent the children to hospital with young child in arm broken situation. Older child admitted to take a surgery with young boy having bruising.

Yesterday at 14:45pm kids aged 7,8 and 9 got injured because they were near a building construction. kids got sent to Darent Valley Hospital. Older kid got life saving surgery while 8 year old had arm broken situation. Young boy had bruising after this life threatening incident. Where were the staff at?
