Ingredients step 5: when the 30 mins is up leave the brownies to
3 eggs cool until they are cold.

325g caster sugar
200g dark chocolate
1 icing sugar
130g plain flour
175 butter unsalted
Step One: preheat the 0ven to 170 degrees
step two: put the chocolate and buter into a heatproof bowl over a saucepen with boiling walter dont let it touch the bowl
step 3:when the chocolate and butter is melted add the caster sugar flour and eggs into the bowl and stir well.
step 4: get a tray ready and put it in the preheated oven for 30 mins.
