SCIENCE WEEK

This week is Science week at school. In year one we are thinking about different materials and their properties.

What do you know about these materials?

We made bread rolls and observed the changes when the warm water was added and the dough was left in a warm place.

We did an experiment to find out which material was the stretchiest? We predicted which material would be the most and least stretchiest. Next we tested them and recorded our results.

We've discussed the different properties of

materials. We've talked about hard and soft,

bendy and not bendy, waterproof and not

waterproof and opaque and transparent.

This week we've had fun sharing our Science project on Journeys!
