The five Ks are:

Kesh (uncut hair) - A symbol both of holiness and strength.

Kara (a steel bracelet) - A symbol of restraint and gentility.

Kanga (a wooden comb) - A symbol of a clean mind and body.

Kachha (special underwear) - A symbol of purity.

Kirpan (steel sword) - A symbol of spirituality, defense of good and God.
