Clever Polly

One day Polly baked a pie.

While she was in the kitchen someone knocked at the door.

Polly opened the door.

It was the wolf. "I'm going to eat you," said the wolf.

Polly said, "Come in and taste the pie."

The wolf entered inside the house and ate the pie.

"Are you going to eat me now?" asked Polly.

"I'm too full of pie," said the wolf.
