Our Challenges!

  1. Can you find out what it is like to live in China as a child? Use the internet, books, videos etc. to research. What does a child in China do differently? Where would they live? What foods do they eat?

Please record any findings any way you like for example; a drawing, some writing or even a photo of noodles or your child enjoying a rice dish. Be as creative as you like! Please bring them in so the work can be celebrated at school too.

  1. The song we are going to learn at school is a fabulous New Year Song. Please practice it at home. It has real beat! You can find it be following this link to: https://youtu.be/pGBqzLNs220

Reminders

  1. Please make sure that you have a change of clothes for your child at school and if we have sent your child in clothes from school, could you please return them? We are running out of clean clothes for all those accidents that may happen! If you also have any spare clothes to donate we would be so very grateful.

  1. Can you please practice doing zips up independently with your child. Zips can be tricky little things and the more practice your child has doing them, the quicker they will be able to do them up completely independently!

  1. On Friday 4th February it is Digit Day and your child can come dressed as a number. It will be super to see what numbers we see on that day!
