Ingredients:
Lasagne is a traditional Italian dish made of meat, veg, pasta formed in layers
Turkey
Broccali
Butter
Flour
milk
Salt
Mustard powder
Pasta sheets
Cheese
Method:
1) Cut the broccoli in small pieces and bowl in pan of water.
2) Cut the coocked turkey into bite size pieces.
3)Then we melted the butter in a pan.
4)Then we added plain flour and mixed it with the butter until thick.
5) Using the wisk we added the milk until smooth white sauce.
6) We then seasoned the sauce with salt and mustard powder.
7)We got a dish and and started layering them together in this order: sauce,turkey and broccoli, sauce pasta sheets to cover.
8) Repeat twice more
9) when all turkey and broccoli is used add the final layer of pasta and sauce and spred then add cheese.
10) Bake in oven until cooked.
