During the lockdown I made sushi and I would like to share with you the recipe off them. I will just say the basics I made them.So, we start by boiling the rice and let it cool down.This is followed by you preparing the seaweed. You need to get some soy sauce and Spreading a tiny bit on the seaweed but leave a little bit of space. Next you get the rice and lay it on top of the soy sauce still leaving that space. This is followed by laying the ingredients that you wanted [for example cucumber] and start rolling the sushi. You need to roll it one time NOT FULLY and then press on it. You follow the same steps up to the end. The next step is for you to cut the roll into equal parts.Finally eat the sushi up and enjoy your home-made sushi!

WARNING:

If you will make sushi and you start boiling the rice, you need to have a special rice vinegar and sushi rice not normal rice.
