You should never share your profile names or accounts because other people could get into your profile. And if they hack it your account could get wrecked so you could not be able to play that game any more. Also on Xbox you should not download your profile on it or they will be able to play on it.
Privacy
You should set your profiles to private and if you don't you could not know who or what you are talking to.
You should not share your email because your email is one of the most important things to keep secure.
